Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a Paid Media Executive for its Europe Marketing team to manage and optimise paid media campaigns across EU markets, supporting retailer-linked and brand-led national campaigns. The role involves working with media agencies, retailer media teams, and global brand/creative teams to execute strategy, manage assets and translations, report on performance, support budgets and finance processes, and use data, creativity, and emerging ad technologies including AI to improve campaign outcomes.
