Paid Performance Manager at Havas

Havas Market is hiring a permanent Paid Performance Manager in Manchester to lead a portfolio of key retail client accounts and manage 1–2 Paid Performance Executives. The role owns paid search, shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and app campaign implementation, optimisation, reporting, budgeting, strategy, client relationships, and team development. Candidates should have at least three years of performance experience, preferably in an agency, with enterprise-level paid search experience, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and SA360 certification, strong communication and Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
