Eucalyptus / Hims & Hers Canada is hiring a Google Ads Expert to own and scale search-channel growth across Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Gmail. The role leads bidding and targeting strategies, landing-page experimentation, competitor and market analysis, performance reporting, budget allocation, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least three years of search or paid-media experience, advanced Google Ads knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with regulated industries; healthcare compliance experience is a plus. The role is open to candidates anywhere in Canada, with Montreal-based candidates working hybrid and others working fully remotely.
