Description
Axiom Custom Products is hiring an Assistant Finisher to prepare and finish surfaces for paint or powder coat, sand, mask, use fillers, organize and stage parts, and assist with painting or powder-coating processes under supervision. The role is hands-on and physical in a fabrication shop, requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. Previous shop, manufacturing, or similar experience is preferred, along with basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and flexibility for overtime, longer days, or occasional weekend work. The position pays $18 to $20 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid holidays.
