Description
The Paint & Rework Technician supports Club Car’s manufacturing and finished-goods quality by inspecting completed vehicles and painted components, repairing cosmetic paint defects, restoring red-tagged units, installing missing components, verifying quality standards, documenting rework, and maintaining repair equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English reading and writing ability, and the ability to follow instructions; automotive paint repair, collision repair, manufacturing paint operations, or related experience is preferred. The position involves occasional lifting of 25–40 pounds, periodic stooping and bending, frequent walking and standing, and work around moving parts and vehicles.
