Description
The Paint Kitchen Operator prepares, mixes, stores, and distributes automotive paints, solvents, and coatings; monitors paint circulation and viscosity; maintains pumps, filters, mixers, tanks, and lines; documents batch records and lot traceability; and supports production changeovers and booth deliveries. The role requires physical work in a paint shop, exposure to heat, fumes, and dust, and overtime as needed. Previous automotive, industrial, or manufacturing paint experience is preferred, along with experience with industrial mixing, pumping, or paint circulation systems.
