Candela is hiring a full-time Paint Prep Technician to support its electric hydrofoil vessel manufacturing operations in Rotebro. The role involves cleaning and sanding carbon fiber, priming, applying filler, sanding, and preparing parts for painting, while maintaining equipment and following safety procedures. The position requires hands-on industrial experience, attention to detail, physical ability to work in tight spaces and with dust and chemicals, and English communication; it follows a two-shift schedule and includes an initial six-month probation period.
