Description
The Paint Prep Technician prepares water feature and spray-park products for paint by performing light bodywork, sanding, blocking, filing, and priming; staging products on movable platforms; moving painted items through the drying room; managing paint and prep-material inventory; and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The role requires at least one year of experience, hand-tool and sanding-device experience, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $22.00–$27.00 per hour, with profit-sharing, bonus opportunities, and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits for eligible full-time employees.
