Description
The Paint Prep Technician at Harper Industries, Inc. is responsible for preparing parts and goods for paint application, ensuring surfaces are clean, masked, and ready for finishing. The role involves various tasks such as blowing off paint carts, washing components, prepping flatbeds, and performing abrasive blasting. Additionally, the technician will maintain quality standards, operate blasting equipment safely, inspect surfaces, and contribute to a clean workspace. In some cases, they may also act as a Paint Lead, guiding and supporting the paint team.
