DaikyoNishikawa USA, Inc. is hiring a Paint Process Engineer to develop and optimize water-based primer/base coat and 2K clear coat processes in an automotive paint shop. The role supports paint program start-up and volume ramp-up, develops quality control plans and PFMEA standards, coordinates launch trials, manages color harmony reviews, trains production associates, and balances safety, quality, throughput, cost, and people. The position is on-site in Madison, Alabama, and requires FANUC paint robot experience, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
