DaikyoNishikawa USA, Inc. is hiring a full-time Paint Process Engineer in Madison, Alabama, to develop and optimize water-based primer/base coat and 2K clear coat processes for an automotive paint program. The role covers program start-up and volume ramp-up, quality control and PFMEA development, launch trials, cross-functional coordination, training, process improvement, and balancing safety, quality, throughput, cost, and people. The position is on-site at the Madison plant and requires FANUC paint-robot experience, with additional experience in automotive paint shops, PLCs, and relevant engineering or manufacturing experience preferred.
