OPmobility is hiring a Paint Process Engineer to develop and implement painting processes for new automotive projects across its plants. The role leads paint-process quotation and acquisition, performs paint design analysis, supports early product development, coordinates problem solving with plant teams, contributes to paint technology and knowledge-sharing initiatives, and implements new customer standards. Candidates need a technical bachelor's degree with experience or a master's degree in chemistry, polymers, or industrial technologies, at least three years of relevant automotive paint-process experience, initial project-management experience, strong English and Slovak communication skills, and strong problem-solving ability. The position offers hybrid work, with the possibility of working from home two days per week.
