Magna is hiring a Paint Process Engineering Group Leader to lead and support the Paint Process Engineering team in developing, maintaining, and improving automotive paint processes. The role provides technical direction, coaching, and performance oversight while supporting launches, process trials, quality validations, corrective actions, capital projects, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a university degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of related engineering or process experience, and proven team leadership experience. The position offers $105,500–$130,000 in annual compensation and requires flexibility to work shifts as needed.
