Description
The Paint Process Manager will oversee and optimize paint-process operations, automation, robotics, control systems, and manufacturing processes across Magna Exteriors facilities. The role leads process development, equipment selection and commissioning, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, quality and safety documentation, vendor collaboration, facility installations, and technical guidance to production, robotics, and maintenance teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or seven years of equivalent experience, at least seven years of manufacturing management experience focused on paint automation and robotics, and extensive knowledge of paint application systems, robotics, PLCs, sensors, and automation hardware and software.
