The role covers end-to-end process planning, shop-floor management, production scheduling, employee leadership and training, resource planning, 5S implementation, corrective actions, and compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and labor standards. Candidates should have master craftsman or technician training, several years of comparable experience, leadership and change-management experience, knowledge of industrial coating processes, and familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems.
