RAZ GmbH is hiring an immediately available Paint Shop Master to lead its industrial coating department. The role manages and organizes coating processes, provides professional leadership and training to the painting team, ensures compliance with quality, safety, environmental, occupational, and fire protection standards, optimizes coating materials and application processes, and coordinates with production, logistics, and quality management. Candidates need completed painter/coatings applicator training with master qualification, industrial coating experience, people leadership experience, strong organizational and technical skills, and a structured, team-oriented working style.
