Description
The Paint Shop Operator will operate and set up wet-paint and powder-coating lines, prime, coat, and paint components, perform sanding, cleaning, masking, and color-change procedures, and conduct visual inspections and root-cause analysis. The role requires hands-on skills, quality awareness, shift availability, reliability, teamwork, communication, and basic knowledge of tools, machines, and systems.
