Description
The Paint Shop Team Leader is responsible for high-quality finishing of wooden windows and doors, coordinating and organizing daily paint-shop operations, directing and motivating employees, performing spray-painting work, improving processes and quality, and maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety. The role requires prior spray-painting, painting, or finishing experience in a production environment, leadership experience or aspiration, and hands-on shop-floor work. It offers daytime hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., 12 ADV days, meal vouchers, and an attractive compensation package.
