Description
Panelmatic is hiring a Paint Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of its paint and finishing department in a custom manufacturing environment. The role supervises and trains painters, assigns work, monitors productivity and quality, troubleshoots painting defects, coordinates production workflow, and ensures compliance with project specifications, safety procedures, and environmental requirements. The position requires at least three years of industrial painting or manufacturing experience, knowledge of surface preparation and coating application, spray-painting equipment experience, and the ability to lead and train a team.
