MasterMold is hiring Paint Supervisors for its Johnson Creek Paint Department to lead employees during assigned first- and second-shifts. The role oversees production schedules, staffing, quality, safety, employee development, problem resolution, and coordination with engineering, quality, maintenance, safety, and human resources. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, accountability, initiative, communication, coaching ability, and a willingness to learn manufacturing and paint processes; prior supervisory, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
