Description
MasterMold is hiring a 2nd Shift Paint Supervisor for its Mauston facility. The role leads and develops Paint Leads and production employees, manages production schedules and priorities, monitors paint operations and quality, supports troubleshooting and continuous improvement, maintains safety and housekeeping standards, and coordinates with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other departments. The position is assigned Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and requires hands-on manufacturing leadership, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
