Description
The Paint Technician prepares, tests, and paints hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and related components in the New/Repair department. Responsibilities include surface preparation, masking, mixing and applying primers, epoxy and CARC paints, inspecting for coating defects, performing cylinder tests, operating machinery safely, using PPE, and maintaining a clean work environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent education and experience, blueprint and tape-measure reading ability, and the ability to lift up to 25+ pounds.
