The Paint Support role supports paint operations by following safety rules, maintaining a clean work environment, completing supervised procedures, loading and unloading raw parts from the paint line, and understanding quality impacts. The position works Tuesday through Friday from 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m. and pays $19.85 per hour plus a $2.50 shift premium. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 25–50 pounds, and occasional travel.
