Description
The Painter will operate spray-painting equipment to apply protective coatings to manufactured items or structures according to customer specifications. Responsibilities include surface preparation, monitoring drying equipment, applying spray coatings, moving and stacking items, operating conveyor equipment, repairing defective painted areas, and cleaning painting equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to perform both manual and automated activities; allergies to paint, solvents, or dust are disqualifying.
