Description
The Industrial Finishing Technician applies industrial finishes to wood or metal products, including lacquers, stains, powders, and other coatings using spray equipment. The role requires attention to detail, mill-gauge knowledge, material handling, fixture preparation, quality inspection, and safe warehouse work. Preferred experience includes 3–6 months of industrial or manufacturing painting, and the position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to work overtime and lift up to 50 pounds.
