Description
The Painting and Maintenance Technician will perform interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, drywall and plaster repair, color matching, and finishing throughout Fairmont New Orleans. The role responds to maintenance requests and inspections, supports hotel improvement projects, maintains materials and work records, and follows safety and hotel procedures. Prior painting or maintenance experience is required, while hotel, resort, commercial, or luxury hospitality experience is preferred; flexible scheduling and United States work authorization are also required.
