Description
CNS is hiring a full-time Painter/Maintenance Assistant to maintain painted surfaces and perform basic maintenance in clinic departments and residential apartments or homes. The role includes surface preparation, interior and exterior painting, scaffolding, hazardous-material handling, light repairs, and work-order preparation. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with work performed at residential and clinic sites in ambient temperatures ranging from 30 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. A high school diploma or GED and age of at least 18 are required; two years of painting experience is preferred.
