U.S. Facilities, Inc. is hiring a Painter for its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location to perform interior and exterior painting, repaint damaged or deteriorated walls and ceilings, touch up painted areas, prepare surfaces, and make light carpentry or masonry repairs. The role also includes installing ceiling tiles, floor tiles, walls, and base trim, reporting to supervisory personnel, and working in a 24/7 correctional environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma, GED, or trade school credential; basic literacy and hand-tool proficiency; the ability to climb ladders and work in all weather; a valid driver's license; and the ability to pass background, drug, and random drug screenings.
