Description
The Painting Contractor performs detailed interior and exterior painting of residential properties under the supervision of the Director of Engineering. Responsibilities include applying and mixing paints and finishes, preparing and protecting surfaces, filling cracks and holes, selecting materials, using spray guns, removing fixtures, cleaning up, completing work orders, and maintaining equipment and common areas. The role is non-exempt and hourly, requires work indoors and outdoors at a residential property, and requires at least two years of general painting, building-trades, repair, replacement maintenance, or handy-work experience.
