Description
Under general supervision, painters in the Facilities Maintenance Department apply paint, varnish, stain, enamel, and lacquer to protect and enhance interior and exterior building surfaces. The role may involve work in dusty, wet, noisy, or otherwise hazardous environments and is designated as essential, requiring work during university closures related to emergencies or natural disasters. The position is supervised by the Building Trades Supervisor, and the employer does not offer visa sponsorship; candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States.
