Description
The Powder Coating Operator performs painting and coating work on parts according to blueprints, operates and maintains manual paint guns and powder-coating equipment, mixes paints and primers, adjusts controls, inspects coated parts, records quality data, and completes inventory and traceability tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, related experience or training, physical exertion, and the ability to work in a warehouse and fabrication-shop environment with exposure to dust, fumes, and loud noises.
