Description
The Industrial Painter prepares, paints, and protects mobile oilfield service equipment by masking, sanding, surface-preparing, applying industrial coatings, and performing metal and fiberglass repair and anticorrosion zinc coating. The role requires reading blueprints, following safety and quality procedures, maintaining records, training new employees, and working independently or in a team in a factory environment. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, 1–5+ years of related experience or demonstrated competency, industrial painting and surface-preparation knowledge, and the ability to pass drug, physical, respirator, and background checks.
