Panelmatic is hiring a Grinder/Polisher to prepare and finish metal surfaces for custom control panels and other components. The role includes degreasing, sanding, masking, painting, coating application, viscosity control, surface blending, and finishing, along with occasional installation of windows, door hardware, and other accessories. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of industrial coatings or painting experience, physical ability to lift 75 pounds or more, and work authorization without sponsorship.
