Panelmatic is hiring a Grinder/Polisher to prepare and finish metal surfaces for custom control panels and other components. The role includes degreasing, sanding, masking, painting, coating application, viscosity control, surface blending, and finishing, with possible window, door, and accessory installation. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of industrial coatings or paint experience, physical ability to lift 75 pounds or more and work in enclosed spaces, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
