The role involves using spray guns and coating equipment, measuring wet and dry film thickness, correcting application errors, maintaining spray equipment and paint booths, managing hazardous waste and safety procedures, and keeping the work area organized. Preferred qualifications include 1–2 years of automotive painting experience, 1–2 years of vocational education, knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards, paint-gun maintenance, hand tools, teamwork, and professional communication.
