University City Housing is hiring a Painter to support residential renovations, move-in preparations, daily work orders, painting and plastering, service records, snow removal, and preventative maintenance. The role requires at least two years of painting and plastering experience, strong communication, a valid driver's license and vehicle, the ability to move heavy equipment, comfort with heights and ladders, and willingness to work on call and non-traditional hours.
