The Painter / Coatings Specialist will prepare and process steel structural components for coating, including positioning parts on an overhead conveyor, sanding and masking, sandblasting, touch-up and rework, and inspecting finished surfaces. The role requires relevant painting, coating-preparation, or surface-finishing experience, along with practical skills, careful work, physical resilience, and willingness to work shifts.
