Description
The University of Wyoming is hiring a Painter to perform journeyman-level painting and related work on campus buildings, structures, parking lots, and equipment. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying and mixing coatings, taping and texturing drywall, using ladders and scaffolding safely, cleaning tools and work areas, and reading construction drawings and specifications. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, completion of a U.S. Department of Labor-approved painting and drywall apprenticeship program, at least 2 years of journeyman-level painting experience, and a valid driver's license; H-1B or work visa sponsorship is not available.
