The Painter performs interior and exterior painting across residential, educational, and administrative facilities, including surface preparation, drywall and plaster repair, minor carpentry, power washing, and application of primers, sealers, stains, and specialty coatings. The role coordinates with site leadership, follows OSHA and safety requirements, and works across multiple properties while maintaining professional standards. Applicants need at least three years of professional painting experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently and manage time across locations.
