Description
The Painter Helper supports the paint department by masking and protecting surfaces, filling cracks and joints, erecting scaffolding and staging, removing paint splatters, cleaning equipment, driving a forklift, hanging and removing parts, installing non-skid coatings, assembling small parts, and maintaining a clean work area. The role requires a current driver’s license, experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, attention to detail, safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to work in extreme temperature variations and hazardous conditions.
