Description
The Painter will prepare, repair, fill, sand, and paint industrial blades and related components in Fort Madison, Iowa. The role includes blade handling, equipment setup and maintenance, visual inspections, documentation, safety compliance, and possible technical direction of other employees. It is a second-shift position from 2:10 p.m. to 10:40 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a possible extension of 0–12+ months depending on performance, and pays $21.00 per hour on W2. A high school diploma or equivalent, hand and power tool safety, paint-application experience, 3C certification, forklift and crane licensing, metric-measurement ability, and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required or preferred.
