Description
Panelmatic is hiring an experienced Painter Lead to provide hands-on leadership and technical guidance to its Paint Department. The role coordinates daily workflow, trains and mentors painters, performs surface preparation and hands-on painting, operates spray equipment, mixes coatings, inspects finished work, troubleshoots defects, and supports safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. The position requires at least three years of industrial painting experience, knowledge of painting and coating techniques, spray-gun operation, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
