Description
The Kollmannsberger Group is hiring a Painter Master with the function of Technical Operations Manager to oversee painting, coating, and surface-protection work across construction sites in Southern Germany. The role includes technical and disciplinary leadership of painters and subcontractors, coordination with site management and other trades, schedule monitoring, and quality control. The position requires VOB/B and VOB/C knowledge, recognized painting-trade technology rules, personnel leadership and deployment planning, a mandatory Master certificate in the painting trade, a Class B driver’s license, and German negotiation-level proficiency. It is a full-time role with Monday–Thursday 07:00–17:00 and Friday 07:00–12:00.
