Painter – Model Maker at Carboniq s.r.o.

The employer is hiring two full-time Composite Parts Finishers to prepare, finish, paint, and repair fiberglass and carbon-fiber composite parts in a small, made-to-order production environment. The role includes sanding, filling, surface finishing, primer and topcoat application, model and mold manufacturing, quality and dimensional checks, and adherence to safety procedures. Candidates need vocational training or experience in painting, model making, carpentry, automotive painting, or a similar technical field, along with experience in painting, sanding, and surface preparation; composite-part manufacturing experience is advantageous. The position offers a morning shift from 6:00 to 14:30, a starting salary of CZK 40,000, training, and other employee benefits.
