Description
The Painter/Plasterer reviews work orders and prepares, protects, and finishes surfaces; removes old finishes; fills cracks and joints; applies primers, bonding agents, paints, and other finishes; and sands, primes, and paints walls. The role requires 1–3 years of painter and/or plastering experience, knowledge of materials and hand tools, availability for emergency work, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. The schedule is 40 hours per week, with days and hours determined by the department and possible flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
