Mid-State is hiring a Painter/Sandblaster to prepare and finish industrial equipment and structures through sandblasting, surface cleaning, rust-resistant coating, masking, spray application, hand-painting, and quality inspection. The role requires portable and abrasive-blasting equipment operation, hazardous-waste disposal, physical work in an industrial shop, and potential overtime, weekend, and evening work. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of sandblasting or industrial-painting experience are preferred, and the position is based at 1400 Chamber Drive, Bartow, Florida.
