The employer is hiring Powder Coating Painters at three levels: Painter I, Painter II, and Painter III. The role involves loading and unloading parts, hanging and racking parts for powder coating, inspecting quality, maintaining paint equipment, performing painting operations, and supporting training and standard work. The schedule is a weekend shift from Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with hourly pay of $24.00 for Painter I, $25.25 for Painter II, and $26.00 for Painter III. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years of experience for Painter I, a pulmonary function test for Painter II, and two years of powder-coating experience plus a pulmonary function test for Painter III.
