Description
The employer is recruiting a Painting Apprentice to work alongside qualified painters and receive hands-on training, mentoring, and ongoing support. The role involves measuring and calculating, reading plans, erecting trestle and plank systems, handling painting materials and tools, removing and replacing doors and windows, preparing surfaces, and applying paint and textured finishes by brush, roller, and spray. Applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold eligible working rights in Australia, have a White Card or the ability to obtain one, be physically able to perform manual labour, and be willing to learn and work as part of a team. The apprenticeship includes paid on-the-job training, a nationally recognised qualification upon completion, and exposure to residential and commercial projects.
