The role combines performance and quality control, construction scheduling, coordination of employees and subcontractors, client and authority negotiations, cost and quantity planning, invoicing, documentation, and leadership of up to 10 employees. Candidates need professional experience in the external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS / WDVS) sector, construction management and technical knowledge, leadership abilities, a class B driver’s license, and business understanding.
