Land O’Lakes is hiring a Palletizer/Production Operator for its Purina Animal Nutrition business. The role operates, sets up, maintains, and troubleshoots manufacturing equipment such as machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, and packaging equipment; moves, packs, and sorts materials; monitors product quality; and maintains production records. The position is a first-shift, Monday-through-Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, pays $27.35 per hour, and requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and adherence to safety and physical requirements.
